DUTIES

594.   Duties of receiver as to the debtor's conduct

As regards the debtor, it shall be the duty of the receiver—

(1)   to investigate the conduct of the debtor and to report to the Court, stating whether there is reason to believe that the debtor has been guilty of any misdemeanour in cases of bankruptcy, as in the Criminal Code or other law defined;

(2)   to make such other reports concerning the conduct of the debtor as the Court may direct;

(3)   to take such part as may be directed by the Court in the public examination of the debtor;

(4)   to take such part, and give such assistance, in relation to the prosecution of any fraudulent debtor as the Court may direct.
