(1) Until a trustee is appointed, and during the vacancy of a trusteeship, the receiver shall be the trustee, and immediately upon adjudication the property of the bankrupt shall vest in the trustee.
(2) On the appointment of any trustee, the property shall immediately vest in every trustee so appointed, and shall pass without necessity for any legal instrument.
