(1) A receiving order constitutes the Registrar, or such other fit and proper person as the Court may appoint receiver of the debtor's property, and thereafter no creditor to whom the debtor owes any provable debt shall have any remedy against the property or person of the debtor except under direction of the Court.
(2) Nevertheless a secured creditor may realise or otherwise deal with his or her security.
