(1) The actual value of the property damaged by fire must be proved in such manner as the policy prescribes, or if no method of valuation is prescribed, to the reasonable satisfaction of the insurers.
(2) Wilful misrepresentations of the value of the property destroyed will, under the usual clause against fraudulent claims, vitiate the entire demand.
