It is an implied warranty on the part of the assured that no such alteration of premises shall take place as will make the subject-matter insured substantially different from the property as described in the policy, thereby varying the risk. But no such warranty is implied where the policy contains an express condition requiring notice of any alteration increasing the risk and payment of a higher premium.
