530. Locality
An insurance upon goods stated to be in a certain place or upon certain premises is not confined to the goods in or upon such place or premises at the time of making the contract, but, unless otherwise stipulated, applies to all goods of a similar description in or upon such place or premises at the time of the happening of the fire.
