414. Computation of time
Where the time limited for doing any act or thing is less than 3 days, in reckoning time, non-business days are excluded.
“Non-business days” for the purpose of this Title mean—

(a) Saturday; (Inserted by Act 2 of 1972)

(b) Sunday;

(c) a bank holiday under the Bank Holidays Act, or any Act which may amend it. Any other day is a business day.
