Every partnership firm trading in Saint Lucia must deliver to the Registrar a written statement of the names of all the partners, the name of the firm, the character of its business, the date at which such partnership began, and the term (if any) of its intended duration, on pain of a fine of $24 , or in the case of a continuing offence, $4.80 for every day during which the default continues.
