(1) If consent to the adoption of a child residing in Saint Lucia was given by a person under the laws of another jurisdiction, the consent given must be withdrawn in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
(2) Subsection (1) does not operate to limit the right of a child to withdraw his or her consent under section 102.
