(1) Where wages and allowances are paid by monthly installments of one twelfth of the annual rates, these payments must be final settlements for the periods to which the wages and allowances relate.
(2) The computation of wages for a part of a month must be pro-rated with reference to the number of days in each month.
(3) Where wages and allowances are paid by quarterly installments of ¼ of the annual rate the computation for part of a month must be made with reference to the number of days in each quarter of the financial year.
