106. Spoilt cheques printed from the financial management system
Where a cheque printed by the financial management system is spoilt, whether by the printing process or the discovery of an error in the cheque or otherwise, the Accountant General or his or her delegate shall—
-
(a) write or stamp across the face of the cheque the word “cancelled” in upper case letters;

(b) initial the face of the cheque; and
-
(c) retain the cheque together with other spoilt cheques.
