78. Daily paid workers

(1) A Government Agency employing daily paid workers must keep records of the days or hours worked by each worker for determining the amount of wages to be paid, gratuities, leave entitlements and other benefits due to the worker.

(2) The records under subregulation (1) must be—
1. (a) prepared daily; and
1. (b) open for inspection by an accountable officer.
