112. Taking books of pre-printed cheques apart

(1) Where pre-printed cheque forms designed to be drawn manually are bound in a book, a public officer shall not divide, take apart or otherwise disassemble the book before or after a cheque is issued.

(2) A public officer shall not divide, take apart or otherwise disassemble a book of pre-printed cheque forms designed to be drawn manually before or after a cheque is issued.
