173. Monitoring of performance targets

(1) The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for finance shall ensure quarterly monitoring of performance targets for each programme operated and administered by a Government Agency.

(2) The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for finance shall approve a template for monitoring reports.

(3) A monitoring report must be submitted by each Government Agency to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for finance not later than 15 days from the end of each quarter of the financial year.
