Commencement [17 March 2003]

1. Citation

This Notice may be cited as the District Court (Bordelais Correctional Facility) Notice.

2. Place of sitting at Bordelais Correctional Facility

The building known as the Court and Entry Building, situated in the Bordelais Correctional Facility at Bordelais in the Quarter of Dennery, shall be a place for holding of sittings of the district court.
