(1) The Chief Justice may, by order—
(a) divide the island into judicial districts, being not less than 2 nor more than 4 in number;
(b) distinguish such districts by the names or numbers that he or she thinks proper; and
(c) vary the limits of any of the districts.
(2) Every such order shall be published in the Gazette, and shall take effect immediately on its publication, or at such time as may be mentioned therein.
