12. Fixing of times and places for sittings of the Court

(1) The Chief Justice may, by notice in the Gazette, fix the times and places for the sittings of the courts, and may in like manner alter any such times or places.

(2) A copy of any such notice shall be posted up in a conspicuous place in every courtroom.
