2. Interpretation of terms
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“district” means a judicial district constituted under this Act;
“court” means a district court;
“criminal” includes quasi-criminal, and, with reference to matters of jurisdiction, comprehends all such matters not falling within the term “civil”.
