(1) The Chief Justice may fix a scale of fees and a docket of costs to be taken and allowed in the criminal and civil jurisdictions of the court respectively, and may add to, alter, or annul any such scale or docket.
(2) Every such scale or docket, and every addition, alteration, or annulment thereto or thereof, shall be published in the Gazette, and shall take effect from the date of such publication or from such other date as may be specified therein.
