1. Citation
This Notice may be cited as the Burial and Cremation (Designation of Public Burial Ground) Notice.
2. Designation of public burial ground
The land described in the Schedule is designated as a public burial ground.

(Section 2)
All that piece or parcel of land situate in the Quarter of Dennery in the State of Saint Lucia comprising partly of land registered as Block 1835B Parcel Number 20 and partly of land registered as Block 1835B Parcel Number 23 on the eastern end of the parcels and measuring fourteen thousand two hundred and seventy-eight square feet (14,278 sq.ft.).
