(1) Despite this Act a diplomatic mission established in Saint Lucia may establish and operate telecommunication including radio apparatus, with the permission of the Minister.
(2) A diplomatic mission shall make proper arrangements for the use of its telecommunications permitted under subsection (1) in accordance with this Act.
