3. Asylums appointed by the Governor General Medical Superintendent of Asylum
The Governor General, by notice in the Gazette, may appoint any buildings and the land attached thereto to be a leper asylum, and thereupon such buildings and land shall be a leper asylum under this Act; and the Governor General may appoint a medical practitioner to be the Medical Superintendent in charge of such Asylum.
