(1) A leper shall not carry on or take any part in any of the trades or callings specified in Schedule 1, or any other trade or calling which the Governor General may add to that Schedule and notify in the Gazette.
(2) Any leper who carries on or takes any part in any such trade or calling is liable on summary conviction by a magistrate to be committed to a leper asylum to be detained there until discharged by order of the Governor General.
(3) Any person who knowingly employs a leper in any such trade or calling commits an offence.
