11. Removal of lepers from one Asylum to another
Any inmate of a leper asylum may at any time, by order of the Governor General, be removed therefrom to any other leper asylum, and such order shall be sufficient authority for the removal of such leper and also for his or her reception and detention in the asylum to which he or she is ordered to be removed.
