27. Penalty for offences
Any person who commits an offence against this Act or against any regulation made under this Act is liable on summary conviction by a magistrate, where no other punishment is provided, to a fine not exceeding $48, and the mode of procedure shall be according to any law in force regulating the procedure for offences punishable on summary conviction.
