(1) The Commissioner shall as soon as practicable after 31 December of each year, prepare an annual report on the activities of the office of Commissioner and cause a copy of the report to be laid before the Parliament no later than 31 March in each subsequent year.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the report must include —
(a) a statement about the operation of approved and issued codes of practice;
(b) any recommendation that the Commissioner thinks fit relating to the compliance with this Act, and in particular the Data Protection Principles.
