17. Insufficient information UNDER the information notice

If the Commissioner cannot, under a request under section 14(1), obtain sufficient information in order to conclude that the processing of personal data is lawful, the Commissioner may prohibit the data controller from processing personal data in any other manner than by storing the personal data.
