(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Commissioner, make Regulations for giving effect to the purpose of this Act and for prescribing anything required or authorised by this Act to be prescribed.
(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (1), Regulations made under this section may prescribe —
(a) rules and procedures relating to access by the Commissioner of data held in instances where the data controller processes data for compliance with a legal obligation;
(b) guidelines for the disposal of personal data held by a data controller;
(c) guidelines for the contents of any notifications or applications made under this Act;
(d) the fees that may be levied by the Commissioner;
(e) the extension of the application of this Act to any particular activity or sector;
(f) the issuing and approval of codes and guidelines; and
(g) guidelines and rules relating to the provisions of this Act.
(3) All Regulations made under this Act are subject to negative resolution of Parliament.
