72. Offences by directors, etc., of bodies corporate
If any provision of this Act is contravened by a body corporate and the contravention is proved to have been done with the consent or connivance of or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of any individual, being a director, manager, secretary or other officer of that body corporate, or an individual who was purporting to act in any such capacity that individual, as well as the body corporate, commits an offence and is liable —

(a) in the case of the individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000; (Amended by Act 2 of 2015)

(b) in the case of the body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
