71. Offences and penalties

(1) A person who contravenes this Act commits an offence.

(2) If a specific penalty is not provided for an offence, the person is liable —
1. (a) in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000; (Amended by Act 2 of 2015)
1. (b) in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
