50. Inspection of Register

(1) The Register of Data Controllers shall be kept in the office of the Commissioner and shall at all reasonable times be available for inspection by any person free of charge.

(2) A person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, obtain from the Commissioner a certified copy of, or a certified copy of an extract from any entry in the Register.
