25. Jurisdiction of Magistrates
The jurisdiction of magistrates under the District Courts Act and the Code of Civil Procedure, shall, during the continuance of this Act extend to all premises to which this Act applies irrespective of the nature of the lease or the length of the term or the amount of the rent.
