9. Corporation to prepare and keep Register
The Corporation shall prepare and keep up to date in respect of every dwelling house to which the Act applies a register consisting of the first part under section 4(1) and the second part after inspection under section 7 containing entries of—
-
(a) the owner, address and location of any such dwelling house;

(b) a specification of every such dwelling house with regard to location, type of dwelling, floor area, number of rooms and area of each, type and condition of sanitary facilities and the availability of public water, the composition of the roofing material and the condition of the same;

(c) any particulars with regard to the terms and conditions of the letting of every such dwelling house;
-
(d) any other general matter which has been reported by an inspector in his or her report.
