9. Disposal of animals
Any animal slaughtered under the provisions of this Act or which dies as the result of disease, shall be destroyed, buried or otherwise disposed of, as soon as possible in accordance with regulations made under this Act and in accordance with the orders, either general or particular, of the Veterinary Authority; and for such purposes the Veterinary Authority may use any suitable ground in the possession or occupation of the owner of the animal.
