19. Penalty on Public Vaccinator neglecting to transmit certificate

A public vaccinator who neglects to transmit any certificate required of him or her by this Act, completely filled up and legibly written, to the District Registrar within the time specified, on conviction, be liable to a penalty not exceeding $9.60.
