11. Notification respecting vaccination to be given on registration of birth
A district registrar shall, on the registration in his or her district of the birth of any child not already vaccinated, deliver to the person registering such birth a notice, according to Form 4 in the Schedule, or to the like effect, requiring such child to be duly vaccinated according to the provisions of this Act, and specifying the days, hours, and places appointed under the Medical Officers Act for the attendance of the medical officer of the medical district wherein the child resides.
