18. Penalty on parent neglecting to have child vaccinated or inspected
A parent who neglects to take his or her child to be vaccinated, or, after being vaccinated, to be inspected, according to the provisions of this Act, and does not render a reasonable excuse for his or her neglect, shall be prosecuted by the district registrar, and on conviction, is liable to a penalty not exceeding $4.80.
