13. Account of fees payable to be made up by District Registrar
A district registrar of civil status shall make out an account of the fees to which he or she may be entitled under this Act and submit the same on the usual quarter days of the year to the Registrar of Civil Status, and the said Registrar shall after examining the same and comparing it with the register of vaccinations, and if he or she thinks fit, with the certificates of vaccinations or other vouchers and finding the account to be correct, certify the same for payment by the Director of Finance and Planning.
