(1) Where the Authority, acting upon information received, determines that the presence of a person within a gaming establishment threatens the orderly conduct of gaming activities therein, it may place the person's name on a list issued under section 7.
(2) A gaming operator shall not permit a person who is named in the list under subsection (1) to enter or, having entered, to remain within his or her gaming establishment.
