(1) A person listed in the Schedule 1 shall not, either personally or through an agent, be permitted to play, place wagers on or collect winnings from a game approved by the Board. (Amended by Act 18 of 2018)
(2) A gaming operator shall institute measures to ensure that subsection (1) is complied with and the Board may require that an operator provide details of that system to the Board.
(3) A gaming operator who fails to prevent a person listed in the Schedule 1 from playing, placing wagers on or collecting winnings from a game approved by the Board commits an offence and upon summary conviction is liable to a fine of $150,000. (Amended by Act 18 of 2018)
(4) The Minister may amend the Schedule 1 by Order published in the Gazette. (Amended by Act 18 of 2018)
