(1) A licensee shall not do an act which is likely—
(a) to harm public health, safety, morals, order or the general welfare of the public; (Substituted by Act 18 of 2018)
(b) to be contrary to the public interest; or
(c) to harm the gaming industry.
(2) A licensee who contravenes subsection (1) is liable to revocation of his or her licence in accordance with section 23.
