(1) A person who is on the list of persons to be excluded issued by the Authority under section 7 shall not be permitted to enter a gaming establishment, play, place wagers or collect winnings approved by the Board.
(2) A gaming operator who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $50,000.
