(1) A person who has not attained the age of 18 years shall not be permitted to—
(a) enter a gaming establishment;
(b) play, place wagers on or collect winnings from, either personally or through an agent, a game approved by the Board.
(2) A gaming operator shall institute measures to ensure that subsection (1) is complied with and the Board may require the gaming operator to provide details of those measures to the Board.
(3) A gaming operator who fails to prevent any person under the age of 18 years from—
(a) entering his or her gaming establishment; or
(b) playing, placing wagers on or collecting winnings from a game approved by the Board,
commits an offence and upon summary conviction is liable to a fine not exceeding $100,000.
