(1) The revenue of the Board shall consist of—
(a) the sums received by the Board in respect of licence fees and other charges levied by the Board under this Act;
(b) sums allocated to the Board for the conduct of its functions by the Parliament; (Amended by Act 24 of 2019)
(c) funds arising from the sale, lease or other disposition of property vested in the Authority; (Substituted by Act 24 of 2019)
(d) all other sums that may become payable or vested in the Board in respect of any matter incidental to its powers and duties. (Inserted Act 24 of 2019)
(2) The sums referred to in subsection (1) shall be paid into and placed to the credit of an account at a bank approved by the Minister.
