(1) The applicant shall cause a notice of the making of the application to be published no later than 14 days after the making of the application in at least 2 newspapers printed and circulating in Saint Lucia.
(2) A notice under subsection (1) shall be in a form prescribed by the Board and shall state that a person who desires to object to the grant of a licence shall submit to the Secretary before a date specified in the notice, a statement in writing of the reasons for his or her objection.
(3) The date specified under subsection (2) shall not be a date any earlier than 14 days from the date of publication of the notice.
(4) An applicant shall submit a copy of the newspapers containing the notice under subsection (1) to the Secretary no later than 7 days after the notice is printed.
