(1) The Board may appoint a committee to examine and report to it on any matter arising out of or connected with its functions under this Act.
(2) A committee appointed under subsection (1) shall consist of at least one member of the Board together with such other persons whose assistance or service the Board desires.
(3) The Board may accept or reject the report of a committee appointed under subsection (1) or adopt it with such modification or addition as the Board thinks fit.
(4) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board may delegate to a member or committee of the Board power to carry out, on its behalf, such duties as the Board may determine.
