(1) The Organisation may, pursuant to the power delegated to it under Article 5.3(a)(i), and subject to Article 5.4, enact Organisation legislation.
(2) Organisation legislation enacted pursuant to subsection (1) shall be published in the manner specified in the Interpretation Act and shall have the force of law in Saint Lucia.
