7.1 There are hereby established the following principal Organs through which the Organisation shall accomplish the functions entrusted to it under this Treaty —
(a) the Authority of Heads of Government of the Member States;
(b) the Council of Ministers;
(c) the OECS Assembly;
(d) the Economic Affairs Council; and
(e) the OECS Commission.
7.2 The Organs of the Organisation shall perform the functions and act within the limits of the powers conferred upon them by or under this Treaty and by the Dispute Settlement Annex and the Economic Union Protocol. They may with the approval of the OECS Authority establish such subsidiary Organs as they deem necessary for the performance of their functions.
