27.1 After this Treaty has entered into force in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 thereof, any State or Territory specified in Article 3.3 of this Treaty may apply to the OECS Authority to become a Full Member or Associate Member of the Organisation and may, if the OECS Authority so decides, be admitted as such.
27.2 Unless otherwise decided by the OECS Authority, admission to membership of the Organisation shall take effect immediately upon the receipt of the instrument of accession.
27.3 Instruments of accession shall be deposited with the OECS Commission.
