25.1 This Treaty shall be open for signature to all countries specified in Articles 3.1 and 3.2 of this Treaty.
25.2 This Treaty is subject to ratification or accession by the signatories in accordance with their respective constitutional processes.
25.3 The original text of this Treaty shall be deposited with the OECS Secretariat which shall transmit certified copies thereof to all the signatories.
25.4 Instruments of ratification shall be deposited with the OECS Secretariat.
25.5 Instruments of accession shall be deposited with the OECS Commission.
